Edna Astle was born in Manchester in 1962. Edna lives with her husband and son. Edna was raised by her Nigerian father who would recount stories of magic and folklore. Edna soon developed an interest and started to create her own tales. Although Edna started writing children’s stories in her early thirties this is her first published book.
